Inspection process of Keye Tech vision inspection system to detect appearance defects:

• Feeding device: Products are conveyed to the designated workstation by automated feeding mechanisms, ensuring orderly and sequential entry into the inspection machine without jamming.
• Image acquisition: High-resolution images are captured through a tailored system integrated with self-developed industrial cameras and high-brightness LED light sources, guaranteeing clear defect visualization.
• Image processing: Captured images are uploaded to our proprietary KVIS CLOUD AI Platform, supporting minimal image annotation and rapid model training (completed within 1 hour) to adapt to diverse product requirements.
• AI algorithm models: Advanced AI algorithms conduct in-depth analysis of processed images, classify products into "NG" (defective) and "OK" (qualified) categories, and activate inline rejection of defective items via precision pneumatic systems.
• Software scheduling: The software offers configurable sample comparison benchmarks, enabling customers to select optimal criteria to strike a balance between inspection accuracy and defect detection efficiency.
• Counting and box division: Defective products are immediately diverted to a dedicated collection bin, while qualified units are automatically counted to facilitate batch packaging and box division.
